Aristocrat Products is hiring experienced, reliable and motivated installation crew leaders.
This position will be the lead for a 2-person crew responsible for the installation and service of our home improvement products, including patio covers, patio enclosures, replacement windows and doors.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience in home repair/remodeling or general construction, preferably knowledge of window/door installation; building patio covers, sunrooms, awnings, etc. with demonstrated managerial/leader experience.
We provide the truck, tools and equipment. This is a full-time, W2 position.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serves as lead of 2-person installation team, ensuring jobs are completed according to Aristocrat standards
- Reviews job packet for accuracy with customer contract and materials/tools needed
- Organizes, loads and unloads all materials onto vehicles
- Drives to/from job sites
- Installs all products with accuracy and quality workmanship, troubleshooting any issues that arise during installation
- Completes basic home improvement/carpentry/construction duties such as the build out of patio rooms/covers/awnings; installation of windows/doors/screens
- May be responsible for removal of old rooms/structures
- Upon completion of job, checks all work to ensure quality and cleans the job site thoroughly
- Reviews all necessary information regarding the completion of the job with the customer to ensure satisfaction; demonstrates proper use of our products to ensure lasting performance
- Collects final payment from customer and facilitates any final paperwork
- Performs service work on our products as needed
- Accurately measures customers’ homes for installations as needed
Required Skills and Experience
- High school diploma or GED; trade school a plus
- 5+ years’ experience in general construction, preferably in a remodeling capacity
- Knowledge of building patio covers, sunrooms, awnings, window/door installation; etc. preferred
- Able to use various hand/power tools and have working knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, siding and roofing
- Reliable and dependable
- Customer service skills
- Able to work proficiently and meet timelines and deadlines
- Good judgment when carrying out duties
- Positive, collaborative, get-it-done attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Fast learner
- Able to frequently lift and/or move 50-75 pounds
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and reliable transportation to work
- Ability to pass a background check
Work Schedule
- M-F 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Saturdays and overtime as needed
